Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Selma, AL. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage scheduling and logistics for waste management services, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, and addressing any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to maintain high service standards and continuously improve business processes.

• Operational expertise, including planning, logistics, and process optimization
• Leadership skills, such as staff supervision, team coordination, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of safety standards, compliance regulations, and waste management industry best practices
• Experience with budgeting and cost control
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for scheduling and operational management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the waste management or logistics industry is advantageous
