Job Description

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight - Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the media company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
Team Leadership - Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Resource Management - Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Budget Management - Develop and manage the operations budget, monitoring expenses, and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Vendor and Supplier Relations - Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong partnerships to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
Technology Integration - Stay updated on media technology trends and oversee the integration of new tools and software to enhance operations.
Compliance and Regulations - Ensure the company's operations adhere to relevant industry regulations and standards.
Reporting and Analysis - Provide regular reports and analysis on operational performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinating with client and location for shoot location confirmation
Coordinating with Freelancers and informing them along with team about shoot details
Firefighting any last minute shoot requirements
Physical mapping of products with invoices
Uploading final deliverables on the app and sharing with client
Coordinating and making Pen drive delivery
Gifting past clients and maintaining relationships on special occasions like Diwali OR VS anniversary OR Durga puja
