📢 Hiring: Operations & MIS Executive (IoT / Logistics Domain Only)

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

Experience: 2–4 Years

We are looking for an Operations & MIS Executive with mandatory experience in IoT or Logistics operations. The ideal candidate must be skilled in technical coordination, MIS reporting, and pan‑India operations management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end GPS/IoT device installations, activations, and technician coordination
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel
• Handle inventory & asset management across multiple locations
• Resolve client escalations and ensure SLA compliance
• Manage client communication via email/calls and maintain updated documentation
• Track uptime reports, operational metrics, and support field teams

🔹 Skills Required

• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot, Conditional Formatting, CONCAT, UPPER/LOWER, report automation
• Strong MIS & data reporting skills
• Inventory & field coordination experience
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Comfortable with MS Office & Gmail

🔹 Domain Requirement (Mandatory)

✔ IoT (GPS/Telematics/Tracking devices) OR

✔ Logistics Operations & Reporting
