As an Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our processes, managing resources effectively, and coordinating with various teams to deliver exceptional events. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our operational efficiency and driving our company’s growth in the competitive events industry. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹40,000 - ₹70,000 annually, alongside a dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality events
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Supervise and train team members to enhance performance
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for seamless execution
Prepare reports and present performance metrics to management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the events industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in project management software and tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting
