Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process using the SAP SuccessFactors online module.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, including key Talent Acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in recruitment within the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment & Onboarding modules).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Consistent academic performance with first division in the highest qualification.
