Job Description

Responsibilities

Revenue Invoicing – Ensuring accurate and timely raising of revenue invoicing with zero revenue leakage
Compliance - Complying all taxation and statutory obligations related to revenue invoicing
Customer Satisfaction - 100% Customer satisfaction by timely resolution of customer queries
System Up-gradation and automation, Process standardisation and strengthening
Ensuring timely and accurate revenue invoicing with no revenue leakage.
Co-ordination with Marketing/Business Team for any issues related to contracts
Co-ordination with Operation and Documentation team for any queries
Ensure internal checks and control systems are being adhered and aligned
Ensuring Credit note/Debit note generations with required workings and in line with internal approval process.
Ensure tax compliances and others like IFC, Legatrix
Co-ordination with customers and other related stakeholders to resolve their queries
Providing inputs for system ugradation and standardisation and play active role in implementation
Preparation of MIS, Monthly Reports and provision at the end of the month
Attending and resolving queries of auditors.
Internal Process Standardization
Digitization and system upgradation wherever required
