Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Vishakhapatnam for a Nurse or Phlebotomist. The primary responsibilities include collecting blood and other lab samples, patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and maintaining sterile environments. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing samples for laboratory analysis, and ensuring patient comfort during procedures.

Qualifications

• Skilled in blood collection, sample handling, and phlebotomy procedures.
• Knowledge of patient care techniques, maintaining sterile environments, and basic medical procedures.
• Proficient in recordkeeping, data accuracy, and reporting for proper documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort and provide regular updates.
• Valid nursing or phlebotomy certification and familiarity with laboratory protocols.
• Ability to work in compliance with healthcare standards and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Experience in handling and processing pathology samples is a plus.
