Job Description

At Delta4 Infotech Pvt. Ltd., we build AI-powered platforms like YourGPT and MCP360 that empower businesses to work smarter.

We are looking for a proactive Node.js Developer to join our team, who is passionate about building high-performance, scalable backend systems for AI product and work with the AI and product teams to integrate intelligent, real-time features into live applications.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js.
Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for high-performance data delivery
Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL to ensure efficient data management
Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable server-side code following best practices
Take individual ownership of developing product features using various AI tools.
Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance
Collaborate closely with frontend developers to deliver high-quality applications
Familiarity with LLMs like Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, and LLaMA for AI driven development
Design and implement microservices architecture.
Stay updated with backend technologies, industry trends, and AI-driven API integrations.

Requirements

Fresher to 1 year of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js
Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event driven architecture
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Familiarity with API design, authentication (JWT / OAuth), and middleware
Knowledge working with Git and version control workflows
Basic understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to modern AI frameworks, SDKs, and API integrations (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Gemini, etc.) is a plus

Good To Have :-

Hands-on exposure to integrating AI APIs, developing chatbot solutions, or building automation tools.
Basic knowledge of microservices architecture & WebSocket-based programming.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive mindset with eagerness to explore and work with emerging AI developer tools
