Job Description

A role in the Contact Center Technology and Customer Experience (CX) platform sector, focused on deploying and customising cloud-based omnichannel contact centre solutions. The team delivers integrations, IVR and routing logic that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and agent efficiency. Primary title: NICE CXone Developer. Location: India (On-site).

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and customise NICE CXone call flows, IVR scripts and omnichannel routing using CXone Studio and platform components.
Implement and maintain integrations between CXone and CRM/telephony systems via CXone REST APIs and web services.
Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis and deploy fixes with clear rollback and post-mortem documentation.
Build reusable components, automation scripts and adapters to accelerate integrations and improve maintainability.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA and operations to translate requirements into technical designs, test plans and deployment artefacts.
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and monitoring dashboards for on-site support teams.
