We are seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy robust, high-performance web applications using .NET Core (Backend) and React (Frontend). The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable microservices, integrating APIs, and delivering seamless user experiences in agile environments.
This role is part of a cross-functional, enterprise-grade delivery team working on mission-critical projects for global clients in regulated domains such as healthcare, education, and legal services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET Core (backend) and React (frontend).
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend components using modern state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Implement responsive, accessible, and performant UIs with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind).
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code with strong emphasis on security, scalability, and performance.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile/Scrum team.
Work closely with QA engineers to ensure application quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Stay updated with emerging trends in .NET, React, cloud-native architectures, and DevSecOps practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Backend: .NET Core (6.0+), Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, JWT/OAuth2, Dependency Injection, Middleware.
Frontend: React (18+), TypeScript, Redux / Zustand, Axios, Webpack/Vite, responsive design.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and build tools.
Experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Identity Platform).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
Understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven design, and message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
Experience with source control (Git, GitHub/GitLab), branching strategies, and pull request workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
