.Net Backend -Lead I - Software Engineering

Role Description Senior .NET Developer Experience Range 5 to 9 years Hiring Location: [Specify location here ? e.g., Bangalore, Hyderabad, Remote, etc.] Role Proficiency As a Senior .NET Developer, you will: Act creatively to design, develop, and optimize applications using proven solutions and design patterns. Collaborate with teams to influence design and ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable software. Be responsible for the full software development lifecycle including analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Mentor junior developers and lead by example in technical excellence and delivery. Outcomes & Responsibilities Interpret and implement application/component/feature designs as per specifications. Optimize application performance and maintainability by reusing or reconfiguring components. Develop, test, debug, and document code aligned with quality standards. Drive defect management through root cause analysis and trend mitigation. Manage module delivery and engage in project estimation. Ensure timely completion of mandatory compliance training. Guide the team on domain knowledge and technical excellence. Must-Have Technical Skills Languages & Frameworks: .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC Framework, .NET Framework UI Technologies: Angular (basic to moderate), WPF, Blazor (optional) API & Services: RESTful Web API, Web Services, Worker Services, Multithreading Testing: XUnit, Unit Testing, Test Driven Development (TDD) DevOps & CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Harness Database: SQL Server, Oracle, Stored Procedures, Complex Queries Source Control: Git, Bitbucket, SVN Architecture & Patterns: Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, Object-Oriented Programming, Microservices Architecture Tools & Platforms: Jira, Confluence, Swagger Good-to-Have Skills AWS (SQS, SNS, Lambda, Code Build) Knowledge of SQL Kata OAuth/JWT and other API security protocols Familiarity with ServiceNow Understanding of performance tuning for large-scale applications Familiarity with Azure or AWS for deployment Experience with domain-driven design and domain certifications Preferred Soft Skills Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain English Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Effective in collaborative, fast-paced, and Agile environments Capable of driving discussions with stakeholders and conducting product demos Team mentoring, goal setting, and performance feedback Skills Net Core,Web Api,Design Patterns,Web Services
