The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Quality Engineering team you will lead the design and implementation of innovative automation frameworks that enhance software quality. As a Manager you will supervise and mentor teams, maintaining the delivery of quality solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technologies and drive impactful automation strategies that elevate our software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of advanced automation frameworks
Supervise and mentor teams to promote quality solution delivery

Utilize innovative technologies to enhance software quality
Analyze and resolve complex quality engineering challenges

What You Must Have

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
6 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Competent in programming languages such as JavaScript, React, NodeJS, Java, Python
Experience with UI automation frameworks like Playwright, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Cypress
Knowledge of API automation including REST, GraphQL, Postman
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps
Demonstrating leadership and communication skills in team environments
Exploring emerging technologies like AI-driven testing
Skilled in Data Testing
Knowledge of E2E, Functional, Performance, and Security testing concepts
