Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
Customize and configure CRM applications according to the needs of the organization.
Provide technical support and training to users to ensure optimal use of the CRM system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide solutions, and continuously improve the CRM system.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM: The candidate must have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, its functionalities, and its integration capabilities.
Technical Skills: The candidate should have a strong background in .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server. They should be able to develop, customize, and optimize CRM applications using these technologies.
Business Analysis: The candidate should have strong business analysis skills, including the ability to understand business needs, translate them into CRM solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
