Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at WayForward. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and animate motion graphics for digital media, including videos, advertisements, social media content, and web applications
· Collaborate with creative teams, video editors, and clients to conceptualise and execute compelling visual content
· Create visual storyboards, animatics, and mockups to present motion design concepts
· Develop graphics, layouts, and visual effects using industry-standard software
· Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines and project specifications
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software advancements
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics design
· Strong portfolio showcasing motion design projects, animations, and video work
· Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Excellent understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling
· Strong design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, and composition
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to manage time effectively and work with multiple deadlines
