Medical Innovation Creativity & Entrepreneurship (M.I.C.E) Labs is an interdisciplinary innovation hub working at the intersection of medicine, technology, and entrepreneurship. The lab focuses on identifying unmet clinical needs and developing innovative healthcare solutions through collaboration between clinicians, engineers, and students.

We are looking for a passionate App Developer to help design and build digital health solutions that can improve patient care, medical education, and healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications (Android / iOS) for healthcare and educational use.
• Collaborate with clinicians and innovators to translate clinical problems into digital solutions.
• Build MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and functional prototypes for innovation projects.
• Integrate AI tools, APIs, and backend services into mobile applications.
• Work on UI/UX improvements to make applications intuitive and user-friendly.
• Test, debug, and optimize app performance.
• Assist in preparing applications for Play Store / App Store deployment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, engineers, and students.

Technical Skills

• Experience with one or more of the following: Flutter / React Native / Kotlin / Swift
• Knowledge of API integration and backend connectivity
• Familiarity with Git / version control
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Ability to convert ideas into functional prototypes

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working with AI tools, APIs, or machine learning integrations
• Experience with healthcare applications or digital health platforms
• Knowledge of web technologies (React, Node.js, Firebase, etc.)
• Interest in innovation, startups, or healthcare technology
