Position: MLOPs Engineer (m/f/x)

Contract Type: Full time- Permanent

Location: India

DHL Supply chain are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at DHL Supply Chain. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the successful productization and deployment of machine learning algorithms developed by data scientists at scale. You will guide the transition from exploratory data analytics to structured ML pipelines, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Kubeflow and Kubernetes. Your expertise will be crucial in modernizing our data science platform and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

Supporting data scientists in transitioning ML models to production using Kubeflow Pipelines and Apigee.
Refactoring Python code to enhance maintainability and scalability in production environments.
Conducting performance testing and implementing logging and monitoring best practices.
Applying best practices for reusable and observable Kubeflow components.
Collaborating with data engineers and AI engineers to deploy models into production.
Developing tools and checklists to automate unit testing and security validation for ML workflows.

What Are We Looking For From You:

Experience in Python programming and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform).
Working knowledge of Kubernetes across platforms (on-prem, Azure, GCP) and Docker image building.
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Locust) and monitoring solutions (e.g., OpenSearch).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to debugging and troubleshooting.
A degree (or equivalent) in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields.
