Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mitsubishi PLC programmer, based in Kochi. The primary responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining PLC programs for industrial automation systems, specifically within the Mitsubishi platform. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for system integration, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The programmer will also participate in site installations, commissioning, and providing technical support to clients. Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for optimizing processes will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mitsubishi FX series PLC programming and experience with HMI configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial automation systems, control panels, and electrical schematics. Familiarity with communication protocols like Ethernet is preferred.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Solid understanding of system integration, commissioning, and maintenance in industrial and automation environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in programming wiring debugging with industrial environments and familiarity with safety standards and regulations is advantageous.
