A healthcare services provider operating corporate and industrial medical clinics in the occupational health sector, delivering primary care, first‑response emergency services, and routine employee health programs for businesses across India. This on‑site role supports a staffed medical room located in Kishangarh, Rajasthan.

Primary job title (standardized): Corporate Medical Officer

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver on‑site primary care and occupational health services to employees—triage, diagnose, treat, and refer as needed in the corporate medical room.
Provide immediate emergency response and basic life‑saving interventions; stabilise and arrange transport for critical cases.
Conduct routine health screenings, pre‑employment and periodic medical exams, and maintain confidential medical records.
Administer basic procedures and first‑aid care including wound management, suturing (where required), and minor procedures within clinic scope.
Coordinate with HR and facility teams on workplace health programs, immunisations, and incident reporting (occupational exposures, accidents).
Maintain clinic inventory, ensure medical equipment readiness, and follow infection‑control and safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

MBBS qualification (documented)
Valid medical registration with NMC or relevant State Medical Council
Retired doctor OR minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care/occupational health
Available for immediate on‑site start (target join date: 1st Feb); willingness to work full‑time at Kishangarh location
Ability to manage on‑site emergencies and routine workplace medical needs
Strong record‑keeping and adherence to clinical governance and infection‑control standards

Preferred

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Experience in industrial/occupational health clinics or corporate medical rooms
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Compensation & Logistics

Monthly CTC: INR 70,000 – 75,000
Location: On‑site, Kishangarh, Rajasthan
Contract type: Full‑time / clinic shift schedule; details discussed during interview
