Marketing Manager

WFB Baird & Company (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional who can drive brand visibility, manage integrated campaigns, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

·      Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, including:

• Trade shows and events
• Trade channel / retail marketing
•  Packaging-related initiatives

·      Develop and implement strategies for brand advertising and communication across media

·      Conceptualize and deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns, including social media campaigns

·      Build and manage strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors

·      Coordinate with agencies on content creation and curation, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis

·      Oversee and approve marketing collateral (digital and print), including brochures and in-shop branding materials

·      Prepare, manage, and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis

·      Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with insights against defined goals

·      Conduct market research and consumer analysis to support strategic decisions

·      Travel extensively for market research and consumer understanding, as required

Candidate Profile

·      Degree in Marketing Management, Business Information Systems, or similar

·      Atleast 3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or within an advertising agency

·      Hands-on experience working with PR, digital media, and event agencies

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
