Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 2-6 LPA)

The Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels. This role focuses on driving brand visibility, executing integrated campaigns, managing field and digital marketing efforts, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms
  • Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis
  • Create and manage monthly and quarterly marketing plans and calendars
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels
  • Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Optimize website and e-commerce marketplace visibility (brand website, marketplaces)
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and continuously improve ROI
  • Oversee digital content creation including creatives, reels, videos, blogs, and marketing assets
  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives including ATL/BTL activities
  • Manage print and branding materials such as brochures, posters, standees, and marketing collaterals
  • Organize and support events, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and retail activations
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners for printing, branding, and promotional activities
  • Plan in-store branding, merchandising, and product display initiatives
  • Provide offline marketing support to the sales and distribution teams
  • Strengthen and maintain brand identity across all online and offline touchpoints
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and influencers
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual communication
  • Develop strong product positioning and messaging based on product understanding
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and performance-driven campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize marketing spends for maximum ROI
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team
  • Assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure timely execution of initiatives
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Present campaign insights, results, and recommendations for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience across both online and offline marketing domains
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, branding, and event marketing
  • Experience in retail, D2C, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries is preferred
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and design tools
  • Excellent communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
