Marketing Manager – Offer Marketing

Location: Trivandrum / Kochi / Remote (Preference: South India)

Experience: 10+ years

Role:

Looking for an experienced Offer Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and lifecycle marketing for IT service offerings. The role will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to position solutions, enable launches, and drive market adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for service offerings.
• Define target audience, value proposition, and positioning.
• Lead offer launch readiness and sales enablement.
• Create marketing assets (pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, campaigns).
• Collaborate with Sales to improve offer adoption and messaging effectiveness.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product/Offer/Solution Marketing in IT services, SaaS, or technology companies.
• Strong experience in GTM strategy and marketing technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience in digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, or enterprise software services.
• Familiarity with sales frameworks like Challenger, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling.
