ki'en is a modern matcha brand focused on bringing high-quality ceremonial matcha into everyday life through simple recipes, thoughtful products, and engaging content.

Location: On-site (Gurugram)

Duration: 3–6 months

What you’ll do

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for ki’en
• Support social media marketing across Instagram (posts, reels, stories)
• Come up with creative reel and campaign ideas around matcha, lifestyle, and food
• Help shoot and edit simple content such as matcha recipes, product shots, and short-form videos
• Write captions and assist with brand communication
• Track trends and formats across Instagram and short-form platforms
• Conduct basic research on matcha, café culture, and lifestyle brands
• Support community engagement through comments and DMs
• Assist with campaign planning, launches, and day-to-day marketing activities

Who we’re looking for

• Someone who understands Instagram culture and short-form content
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of what works online
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or similar tools)
• Interest in food, cafés, or lifestyle brands
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
