Job Description

Role: Marketing Associate - Defence Wallah

Locations: Dehradun, Delhi

Experience: Min 1Year into BTL/ATL Marketing in Ed-Tech Industry (Offline Coaching Marketing Experience required).

Work Mode: On-site

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results.
Conduct thorough market analysis, identify trends, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Visiting schools and local tuition teachers
Lead Generation
Canopy activities
Leaflet distribution (Outside Schools/Coaching/Markets/Offices) & data collection
RWA activities – Meet authorized persons & schedule senior meetings
Data collection & upload in system
Meeting with School Admin/Principal:
Visit local schools to meet school coordinators/principals and book appointments for senior meetings
Meet & greet during annual functions, pre-exam visits, birthdays & anniversaries
Build collaboration with local tuition teachers and coaching center owners
