Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and demonstrate a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products/services.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Create and manage content for digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Engage with customers through various channels to gather feedback and improve marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the marketing manager in executing special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
