Job Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented and data driven Marketing Campaign Operations Lead to support multi market industry campaigns in EMEA This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence across campaign planning execution and performance tracking The ideal candidate will bring expertise in budget management lead tracking ROI analysis and partner reporting to help drive marketing efficiency and business impact

Responsibilities

Campaign Operations and Execution
Support the planning and execution of multi-market integrated marketing campaigns
Oversee campaign setup across marketing automation and CRM platforms
Budget and Channel Management
Own campaign budget tracking and reconciliation across markets and channels
Ensure budget allocations align with campaign goals and business priorities
Recommend optimal channel mix based on performance data and audience insights
Performance Analytics and Reporting
Monitor and analyses campaign performance across key metrics including leads conversions and ROI
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign performance and lead status
Track marketing influenced pipeline and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with EMEA Industry marketing team to track campaign performance lead status and reporting
Work closely with External Agencies MarTech and Digital Media teams to align on goals and execution
Ensure consistent reporting standards and data integrity across all campaign efforts
