YOUR TASKS

Job Description

Should have experience of Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
Good Knowledge of PFMEA, Control plan, APQP and WI.
Good Knowledge of SAP.
Evaluate risks using the process FMEA and taking customer requirements into consideration as well as developing and implementation of improvement actions.
Consumable stock monitoring and ordering through ePW.
Involvement in change management (EOP control, costing, feasibility analysis, scheduling etc.)
Plan and coordinate the preparation of (initial) samples including component recording and provision.
Should have basic knowledge about screwing/wave soldering/ICT/EOL & gluing technology.
Determine available internal capacities for the construction of operating equipment; estimate the costs and prepare suggestions for internal or external procurement.
Hands on experience of operating in ICT, EOL, Flashing, Glue dispending system, Screwing operation

Your Qualifications

Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 1 - 4 years of work experience.
Good oral and written communication skills, enabling effective communication.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Location: Dhankot
