Job Description

Senior Engineer – ME Industrial Engineering

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India

Experience: 3–7 Years

Responsibilities

Support design and development of fixtures, gauges, lifting tackles, and special tools for Assembly, Testing, Painting, Packing, and Fabrication.
CNC machine programming and operating experience for tooling, fixtures, and component support.
Develop and coordinate vendors for tooling, fixture spares, and special gauges.
Identify and implement best practices and new assembly tools through market research.
Maintain updated drawings, wear part data, and system documentation.
Drive productivity and quality improvements through process change management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for resource and activity management.
Assist in annual budgeting for ATPP tools, fixtures, and spares.
Support facility/process setup for new or modified components.
Ensure timely E-BOM to M-BOM release and accuracy verification.
Coordinate with AE & PPC for ERP loose item definition and packing accuracy.
Support Manufacturing BOM implementation, including creation and splitting of manufacturing groups.

Qualifications

BE/BTech in Manufacturing / Production / Mechanical Engineering
3–7 Year's experience in Manufacturing Engineering, tooling, and CNC operations
