As a Manager - Export at Etherealflights Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing international trade activities, including export operations, business planning, sales, and relationship management with global clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve devising export strategies, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and identifying opportunities for expanding the company’s global reach. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Export and International Trade processes
• Proven expertise in Business Planning and International Business operations
• Excellent skills in Sales and client engagement in a global context
• Ability to develop strategies for entering and expanding into international markets
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, trade policies, and customs procedures
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
