Manager - Sr. Manager || US Accounting || Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced US Accounting professional for our client ( Leading accounting firm ) to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and team management for a fast-growing global professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for multiple entities/locations

• Manage journal entries, general ledger activities, and account reconciliations

• Oversee accounting areas including cash posting, bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and treasury activities

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and financial reporting standards

• Perform variance analysis and support internal/external audits

• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and accounting best practices

• Partner with US stakeholders and leadership teams on financial reporting and analysis

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting

• Experience with accounting systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite/ Quick Books ) and advanced Excel skills

• Proven people management experience with ability to lead and develop teams

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Location: Hyderabad

Work Model: Hybrid ( 1 day WFH / 4 days WFO)

Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM
