Job Description
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth business operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee daily activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance interdepartmental processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Train and onboard new team members, provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Certification in Project Management or Six Sigma and AI tools is a plus.
