Job Description

Plan and manage Field Application team activities, including service visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Deliver hardware and software training to distributors, customers, and internal application teams.
Support the sales team by conducting demos for key projects in industries such as Energy, Defense, Aerospace, and Manufacturing.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate measurement solutions.
Conduct basic and advanced onsite training for PCMM hardware, including FARO Arm, Laser Tracker, and Laser Scanner, as well as measurement software such as CAM2 and BuildIT.
Offer post-sales guidance on servicing, calibration, accessories procurement, and advanced training.
Analyze customer needs to propose customized metrology solutions.
Assist the sales department with technical demonstrations of products and software for prospective customers and provide support during exhibitions and workshops.
Travel extensively across Gujarat, North, and East India to fulfill application engineering responsibilities.
