What Will You Work On
- People Management & Employee Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and interpersonal issues.
- Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins, pulse checks, and engagement touchpoints.
- Identify early signs of burnout, disengagement, and manager–team conflicts.
- Drive recognition programs and maintain high team morale across cities.
- Prepare Quarterly Reports suggesting improvements and observations
- Hiring Support & Seamless Onboarding
- Manage complete onboarding and induction for all new joiners across cities
- Build and revise structured onboarding plans for all roles.
- Overlook onboarding for smooth first-week workflows and access.
- Support hiring ops: JD creation, scheduling, documentation and offer rollouts.
- Culture & Employee Engagement
- Own Servd’s culture charter—ensure values reflect in everyday behaviour, communication, and rituals.
- Plan and execute culture initiatives: bonding sessions, events, city meetups, awards, offsites, celebrations, festivals, and cross-city engagement.
- Build consistent “One Servd” culture across all city teams.
- Performance Processes & Manager Support
- End to end manage mid-year/annual review cycles with defined timelines.
- Maintain KRA documents, review sheets, and performance tracking dashboards.
- Work on building and upscaling KRA’s and preparing structured feedback.
- Track underperformance cases and create improvement and follow-up plans.
- Work with Swiggy Internal Teams
- Collaborate with Swiggy’s HR/People Ops teams for all HR process alignment.
- Work with Swiggy Finance for bottlenecks on reimbursements, payroll inputs, updates, and clarifications.
- Overlook processes with Swiggy IT for email IDs, system access, device management, software logins, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure smooth integration between Servd workflows and Swiggy systems for all people-related operations.
Who Are We Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience as a HR generalist
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution ability
- Experience in onboarding, employee engagement & people processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple city teams
- Sound understanding of creative, content, and production roles. Agency experience is preferred
- Organised, process-driven, and proactive
