About Role:
Weβre looking for an exceptional individual in the Founder's Office to work directly with the CEO in building a category-creating B2C startup.
This is a rare opportunity to operate at the center of the company and learn firsthand what it takes to build something massive. You will be closely involved in the CEOβs priorities across execution, operations, growth, and special projects β helping turn urgency into action and ideas into outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Support
- Work closely with the CEO to drive execution of key strategic initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects across operations, partnerships, and internal teams
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research to support decision-making
Founder Enablement
- Manage and optimize the Founderβs priorities, cadences and scheduling
- Prepare reports and internal/external communication
- Act as a key point of contact between the founders and internal/external stakeholders
Growth & Project Management
- Assist CEO in hitting Growth targets
- Coordinate and track high-priority initiatives across teams
- Organize and attend meetings with the founders, document discussions, and ensure action items are executed
- Support operational improvements and process optimization
Financial & Administrative Coordination
- Assist in administrative tasks of CEO such as invoicing, payments tracking, budgeting, reimbursements
- Support in completing compliance requirements
- Coordinate with finance or vendors to ensure smooth financial operations
Qualifications
- 2β3 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, or similar roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership mindset, integrity, and attention to detail
