Manager - Creative Media

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to lead our Digi Labs function within the Creative Media team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about video, animation, AI tools, and digital innovation, with the ability to drive impactful marketing communication and team excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead video, animation, and tech teams to deliver high-quality digital content
• Drive adoption of AI and advanced creative tools (Adobe suite)
• Manage projects end-to-end including ideation, execution, and stakeholder alignment
• Optimize workflows, improve turnaround time, and enhance output quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions for the field force
• Mentor and groom the team to work in an agile, agency-like environment

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in digital content, video/animation, or creative tech roles
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and Adobe ecosystem
• Proven ability to manage teams, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders
• Innovative mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
