Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning, Execution & Control of Boiler Structure, Boiler pressure parts, ESP & its auxiliaries, Boiler Air & Flue Gas Duct, SCR Duct & Reactor, Coal Piping, rotating equipment (APH, Fans, Coal Mills) and Coal Bunker.
Commissioning schedule, resources and material management.
To verify weekly/monthly MIS (Materials, drawing, process, resources)
To ensure safety compliance at site. Review of JSA/HIRA, Commissioning Methodology and check list for erection, Compliance check list before taking up erection activity.
Overall idea of commissioning of Boiler Structure, Boiler pressure parts, ESP & its auxiliaries,

Qualifications

Experience Total: 10 to 15 Years

Essential Qualification: BE-Mechanical

Full time degree course in Mechanical from recognized Institute / University.

Must have more than 10+ years of experience of commissioning of Boiler and its auxiliaries in large Power Project having Units of 660 MW Capacity and more.

Should have good communication and presentation skills.

Should have handled a Team of Erection Engineers.
