Job Description

Park 6 Logistic is seeking a motivated and driven Management Trainee to join our Austin team. This role is designed for ambitious individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills, gain hands-on operational experience, and build a long-term career in logistics and business management.

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through key departments, learning core operational processes, team coordination, and strategic planning. You will work closely with senior management to understand business performance metrics and help drive efficiency across daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily logistics and operational activities
  • Support department managers in planning and coordinating workflow
  • Analyze performance reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in staff supervision and team development initiatives
