🔑 What You’ll Do: 

• Support strategy implementation and transformation projects. 
• Conduct data analysis and prepare insights for decision-making. 
• Collaborate with clients to address operational challenges. 
• Assist in developing tools and frameworks to enhance organizational efficiency. 

 💡 What We’re Looking For: 

• 4 – 8 years of experience in consulting or business analysis. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. 
• A passion for solving complex problems and delivering value to clients. 
• Cross-functional exposure 
• Ability to join immediately or within a maximum 15-day notice period. 
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities. 
• Advanced analytical skills. 
• Proven experience in stakeholder management. 
• Experience reporting directly to CXOs, Directors, and Founders. 
• Familiarity with cross-functional and cross-domain collaboration along with strong communication and conversational skills. 
• Recognition through awards or high-performance achievements. 
• Ability to influence effectively through conversations.

Experience: 

Total Experience: upto 8 years only. 

Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting or strategic roles. 

Educational Qualifications: 

B.Tech with Proven experience in strategy management / Certification like CA/ CS/ CFA/ CMA Preferred 

Master's degree in business Administration (MBA).
