Maintenance Director

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Director of Property Services to lead and expand our maintenance services platform across a growing network of property management partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.

In this position, you will develop and manage a reliable network of subcontractors and vendors throughout Central Pennsylvania, oversee efficient work order execution, and actively partner with property managers to identify opportunities for service growth. Your ability to stay engaged, ensure accountability, and elevate service standards will be key to your success.

This is a highly visible role that requires a strong field presence, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to both operational excellence and revenue growth. Regular travel throughout Pennsylvania is expected.

Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000, with additional earning potential based on performance and bonus incentives.
