We are seeking expert Mainframe Developers with proven Raincode migration experience to lead COBOL/CICS/DB2 rehosting projects for enterprise clients. Role Summary

As a Mainframe Developer specializing in Raincode, you'll analyze legacy COBOL applications, perform impact analysis, implement enhancements using core mainframe technologies (COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM), and execute SIT/UAT defect resolution.

Must-Have Skills

Core Mainframe technologies: COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM
Proven Raincode platform experience in mainframe re-hosting/migration projects
Practical Raincode exposure: code modifications, compilation, debugging, unit testing (batch/online)

Mainframe Development & Modernization

Analyze, develop, modify, and maintain mainframe batch and online applications using COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM
Conduct detailed impact analysis for change requests and technical design specifications
Implement enhancements following SDLC best practices
Perform SIT/UAT defect analysis, troubleshooting, and timely issue resolution
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
