Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced M&A Manager to support the organization’s inorganic growth strategy through acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships. The role will focus on building a strong deal pipeline, evaluating acquisition opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting post-merger integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential acquisition targets
Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and deal assessments
Lead due diligence activities across financial, operational, and strategic areas
Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution
Drive post-merger integration planning and synergy realization
Align M&A initiatives with long-term corporate strategy and growth plans
Prepare insights and materials for leadership, board, and investor discussions

Must-Have Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or transaction advisory
Background in Private Equity, Big-4 transaction advisory, or tier-1 consulting firms
Hands-on experience closing buy-side M&A transactions
Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal analysis
Experience managing due diligence processes and transaction execution
