Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Channel Management to help establish relationships with ongoing support to channel partners and stakeholders. The right individual will be an industry leader with extensive experience focused around India business. They will come with a strong network and knowledge of the B2B domain, have a proven track record showing leadership, strategic acumen, and data-driven analytical skills to play critical roles in directing the long-term future of Logicladder SMB business.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand LogicLadder reach in the market.
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in channel accounts.
  • Generate business insights through analyzing relevant competitors data, their offerings and pricing strategies
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as established by the management.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team.
  • Deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Customize sales pitches to cater to the specific technical needs of each client, focusing on product features, benefits, and competitive strengths.


  • Requirements

    • Masters/ Bachelor degree in Management/ Science background /Engineering
    • MBA or any management degree will have an added advantage.
    • Sales Experience of 5-6 years with B2B SaaS/Software background selling through channels Management.
    • 3.5 years of experience to manage channel sales in a B2B setup
    • Exposure to handle OEM channel sales will be preferred
    • Experience of working in the Environment, Energy or Water Domain.
    • Preferable understanding of Instrumentation.
    • Have Strong experience in channel sales for B2B software/SaaS solutions.
    • Good understanding of IIoT, Industry 4.0 and IoT based solutions.
    • Strong understanding on instrumentation and sensor systems.
    • Strong organizational skills and exceptional follow-through abilities.
    • Fluent in written and verbal communication.
