Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily branch pickups and field operations
- Handling pickup and forwarding of courier and cargo shipments.
- Minimum 12th Pass with basic reading/writing skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi)
- Two-wheeler is a must (With driving license)
- Previous experience in branch operations, field operations, logistics, or a related field (Preferred, but freshers also welcome)
- Ability to handle shipments, parcels, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of shipment scanning, packaging, and labelling
- Knowledge of handling fragile or special-care parcels
- Familiarity with using a smartphone for updates, apps, and tracking
