Logistics Coordinator (Entry Level)

Location: Hyderabad, India (Preferably US CST time zone)

Experience: 0–2 years

Role Overview:

Support shipment data management in our Transportation Management System (TMS) to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain shipment data in TMS.
• Track shipments and update statuses.
• Generate basic shipment reports.
• Identify and report discrepancies in shipment information.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with record-keeping for audits and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of logistics, supply chain, or data entry experience.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of TMS or willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
