Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the efficient movement of goods. The role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, liaising with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills with prior experience in logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
Plan and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Manage transportation, distribution, and delivery schedules.
Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters for cost-effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and delivery documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and safety standards.
Handle import/export documentation (if applicable).
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to streamline logistics processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation modes, and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
