We’re inviting Freelancer Finance Operations Associates to join us on a project-based basis, delivering work with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage Company Incorporation filings (Private Limited, LLP, OPC, Section 8, etc., Nidhi Company, Partnership Firm, Sole Proprietorship, etc
• Ensure project completion within the given timeline.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MCA processes, filings & company law
• High attention to detail with a deadline-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Prior experience in legal consultancy, CA/CS firms, or startups is preferred (but freshers with solid knowledge are also welcome!)

Experience
