Legal Assistant | Remote

Position: Paralegals and Legal Assistant – AI Trainer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $90 – $120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and annotate legal documents to improve AI understanding and accuracy.
• Conduct legal research, review case facts, and analyze records to provide context for AI training.
• Work with legal and AI teams to refine datasets and ensure legal accuracy in outputs.
• Draft and review affidavits, contracts, briefs, and related legal materials for training and validation purposes.
• Organize and maintain electronic legal records supporting ongoing AI model development.
• Participate in testing processes and provide feedback to enhance AI model performance.
• Communicate insights and findings clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a comparable legal support role.
• Strong skills in legal research and preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electronic legal filing and document management systems.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings while collaborating across teams.
• Demonstrated interest in legal technology and innovation.
