Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurnool for a Lecturer specializing in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging and effective lectures to prepare students for NEET and IIT entrance exams. The role involves creating a well-structured curriculum, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and mentoring students to enhance their academic potential and confidence. The Lecturer will also be responsible for developing innovative teaching strategies to ensure comprehensive understanding of the subjects.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Statistics
• Strong skills in Teaching and Curriculum Development
• Excellent ability to deliver complex concepts in an understandable manner
• Proven experience and passion for mentoring students in competitive exam preparation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Master's or higher degree in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
• Prior teaching experience in NEET/IIT preparation institutes will be an advantage
