Company Description

We are looking for experienced professionals for the role of Process Lead in the Lease Administration team. The candidate should have strong expertise in Lease Abstraction and CAM Reconciliation, specifically within the US Real Estate domain. Preference will be given to candidates with Yardi experience and those who are available to join immediately.


Role Description

The Process Lead will be responsible for reviewing complex lease documents, abstracting key information, supporting CAM reconciliation activities, ensuring data accuracy, and entering details into the Client ERP system. The role additionally involves overseeing quality standards, mentoring junior analysts, and supporting client communications.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Lease Abstraction and CAM Reconciliation

Education: Any Undergraduate Degree (Preference: B.A. English / BBA / B. Com)

Reporting To: Manager / Associate Manager


Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and related documentation

• Extract and summarize essential data such as lease terms, rent details, and critical dates

• Enter abstracted information accurately into the Client ERP system

• Perform CAM reconciliation by reviewing operating expense recoveries, tenant charges, and supporting schedules

• Validate expense pools, allocations, and recovery calculations as per lease terms

• Prepare reconciliation summaries and assist in posting true-up charges

• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance

• Prepare detailed reports based on abstracted data

• Communicate with clients for clarification of lease information when required

• Mentor, guide, and train junior analysts

• Support process improvements and maintain operational efficiency
