As part of the Learning and Development team you will leverage agile and waterfall project management skills to support the end-to-end learning process. As a Senior Associate you will manage multiple priorities while enhancing the learner experience through innovative learning solutions. - Master's Degree
- 4 years of experience in learning and development
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- 4 to 9 years of experience
- Demonstrating proficiency in agile and waterfall project management
- Contributing to instructional design and learning programs
- Managing learning management systems and workflows
- Establishing networks for project management and implementation
- Analyzing data to drive decision making
- Utilizing design thinking methodologies
- Maintaining knowledge of emerging learning technology trends
- Understanding NASBA and AICPA CPE requirements
