Lead React.Js developer

React Lead / Frontend Technical Lead ? Pune | 10?12 Years Experience ?? Location: Pune ?? Employment Type: Full-time We?re looking for an experienced React Lead / Frontend Technical Lead to drive architecture, design, and development for modern web applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of React developers, define best practices, review code, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend solutions. ?? Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of React developers. Own frontend architecture, code reviews, and performance optimization. Manage branching strategies, build pipelines, and deployments. Collaborate with design, backend, and DevOps teams. Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, UI). Build responsive UIs using MUI / Tailwind CSS and TypeScript . ?? Requirements: 7?10+ years of frontend experience, with deep React.js expertise. Strong in state management (Redux, Context, Recoil, etc.). Skilled in TypeScript, Git, and CI/CD workflows. Experience with Next.js , AWS/Azure , or DevOps is a plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
